For U.K. delivery | please order by 12 pm Monday 23rd December 
All orders are posted via Royal Mail (next day) Special Delivery and require a signature. 

For International delivery | please order by 12 pm Monday 16th December 
All orders are sent via DHL Express and require a signature.

For any local and last-minute orders we will be offering Same Day Central London Courier - where available and upon request - from our West London studios. 

Please email customercare@thousandfibres.com and we will do all we can to assist with expedited delivery.  Please note there will be a surcharge for this service. 

Any orders placed after these dates
cannot be guaranteed to arrive in time for festive gifting. 

*Pease note that the above timelines do not apply to pre-order pieces (unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase). If you're unsure about delivery dates, availability or anything else, please contact our team who will be able to advise on expected dispatch and arrival dates.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

We hope that your gifts will be very much loved, however, we know just how personal jewellery can be so should you wish to exchange or return any orders, please note that our standard refund policies will be extended until 4th January.

For returns or exchanges, please contact our customer care team customercare@thousandfibres.com.  Upon request we will send details of how and where to send your return.
