Our custom-colour service allows you to personalise any Thousand Fibres piece. Here's how it works:
- Choose Your Piece: Select your preferred Thousand Fibres jewellery piece.
- Select 'Custom': Under colour options, choose ‘custom’.
- Provide Contact Details: Leave your email at checkout so we can reach out to you.
- Customize Each Pendant: After purchase, we’ll contact you to ask for your preferred colours. When selecting colours for the five pendants, please specify which pendant each colour corresponds to by stating:
- 'First Pendant'
- 'Second Pendant'
- 'Third Pendant'
- 'Fourth Pendant'
- 'Fifth Pendant'
- Receive Visual Mockups: Within 1-2 days, you'll receive mockups to confirm your colours.
- Hand-Threading Begins: Once approved, your piece will be hand-threaded in our studio. The process takes around 2 weeks.
Note: We only offer refunds for the cost of jewellery purchased. The additional custom-colour charge is non-refundable.
