Our custom-colour service allows you to transform any Thousand Fibres piece into something extra personal. To order - simply choose your preferred Thousand Fibres piece, and select ‘custom’ from the colour options. Make sure to leave your email at checkout.Once purchased we’ll be in touch to request your preferred colour/s. Within 1-2 days you’ll receive visual mockups of what your Thousand Fibres piece will look like. Once you’re happy with the colours, your jewellery is then booked into our studio for hand-threading. The process typically takes 2 weeks from order.
Please note that for Thousand Fibres custom colour orders - we only offer refunds for the cost of jewellery purchased, the additional charge for our custom-colour service will not be refunded.

We ship via Royal Mail (UK) and DHL (R.O.W). For speedy and safe delivery, with all packages requiring a signature.
